A Well-known automobile wash in Christchurch could be closed down and demolished to make way for an apartment block.

A&G Hand Automobile Wash and Valeting, in Barrack Road, has obtained a host of 5-star online opinions from consumers, some of whom vacation miles to stop by.

The corporation would like to make 34 flats on the internet site consisting of 28 one-bed room and 6 two-bed room apartments, together with bin and cycle storage.
