The Brundidge Police Division has closed the case on a sequence of car elements thefts.

In accordance with Brundidge Police Chief Sam Inexperienced, Terrell Wheeler, 45, of Brundidge, was taken into custody on Thursday with out incident. Inexperienced stated Wheeler turned the topic of an ongoing investigation into automobile elements thefts over the previous couple of months. Inexperienced stated Wheeler was suspected of stealing a number of automobile elements, together with catalytic converters, from a college in Brundidge.

Inexperienced stated as soon as Wheeler had been recognized as a suspect, officers started actively searching for him. Inexperienced stated Wheeler had been charged with two counts of breaking and coming into a motorized vehicle, three counts of legal trespassing, two counts of second-degree legal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Inexperienced stated he wished to thank the Pike County Faculty System for its endurance and help within the investigation.

Inexperienced stated Wheeler is at present being held within the Pike County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
