Hearth at Salem auto restore store
A fireplace at Gerber Collision and Glass, 1365 Broadway NE, created flames and heavy smoke early Monday night.
The Salem Hearth Division acquired the decision at 5:41 p.m., went to a second alarm and had the blaze contained about half an hour later, based on Batallion Chief Ty Gunesch.
Salem Hearth spokesperson Gregory Walsh mentioned the hearth was in a small shed exterior of the primary constructing that included some gear.
The hearth didn’t make it into the primary constructing, Walsh mentioned.
He mentioned just a few vehicles on the store have been broken as a result of hearth.
No accidents have been reported. The reason for the hearth stays beneath investigation.
