Lucid Air gains 1035bhp Grand Touring Performance model

The Lucid Air has received a new Grand Touring Performance design that, the US electric powered vehicle company suggests, is the most strong EV in North The usa. 

The design is powered by twin electrical motors generating a whole output of 1035bhp for a -62mph dash of just 2.6sec. The business promises a selection of up to 446 miles.

Every auto sits on 21in wheels with bespoke Pirelli tyres, but the General performance model gains an special alloy layout. Five exterior colors are available: Stellar White, Cosmos Silver, Zenith Crimson, Infinite Black and Quantum Grey. 

Each variants can charge at speeds of up to 350kW, which, Lucid claims, can increase up to 300 miles in 21 minutes. 

The Air Grand Touring Functionality is priced from $179,000 (£137,000) in the US, where by first deliveries are owing to start in June 2022. Having said that, there are no strategies to offer it in the United kingdom.
