A Queens legislator is declaring war on automobile human body repair shops and rental auto firms he promises are gobbling up neighborhood street parking spaces.
Councilman Robert Holden has proposed a regulation that would focus on vehicle overall body outlets, motor vehicle rental corporations and gas stations who use street parking for the intent of dropping-off, finding-up, inspecting, storing, repairing, servicing or exhibiting a automobile for sale, lease or hire.
